New Telegram and Discord offers are retired
Billixi no longer accepts new Telegram or Discord membership listings or first-time membership purchases. Public discovery and seller storefronts also exclude the retired membership offers. This page remains available for customers with existing subscriptions and for support reference.
Existing customer access
If you already purchased a membership, open your authenticated Billixi buyer library to check its current period and connection state. A Telegram identity or Discord account connection may still be needed to complete or recover provider access.
Payment and provider access are separate records. If payment succeeded but access is missing, use Billixi support; do not make another purchase to retry fulfillment.
Existing renewals and expiry
Eligible members can renew through the secure, buyer-bound link presented in the buyer library. Renewal eligibility depends on the existing subscription and an active plan. Expiry and provider removal continue through the current lifecycle process, including safe retries and recovery when a provider is temporarily unavailable.

Choosing a platform for an existing subscription

General onboarding and access controls
Do not treat a reusable invite as proof of a purchase or active entitlement. For any provider-backed service, keep the payment record, purchased period, and platform access as separate states. Make incomplete account connection clear, record each access action, and use an idempotent retry path when a provider is temporarily unavailable.
Telegram operators should verify the exact private destination and bot permissions, avoid a permanent invite shared with every buyer, and test both grant and removal with a non-owner account. Discord operators should verify the exact server and role, place the integration role above the role it manages, check inherited channel permissions, and test repeated grants and removals.
State renewal and expiry terms clearly
Tell members the plan duration, renewal method, whether renewal extends the existing period, any grace behavior, and what happens when access ends. Do not promise auto-renew unless the product and buyer workflow actually provide it. Record refunds, expiry, and provider removal separately so support can explain why a role or invite changed.
