1 Platform Role

Billixi provides marketplace infrastructure for buyers, sellers, and promoters of digital products and licensed software. New Telegram/Discord membership listings and first-time purchases are unavailable; existing membership purchases remain subject to their original terms and lifecycle support.

Billixi is not the seller of third-party listings unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Sellers are solely responsible for their products, pricing, descriptions, delivery, legality, and compliance with applicable laws.

Buyers enter into transactions directly with sellers.

Billixi acts solely as a platform provider and is not a party to transactions between users unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2 Prohibited Products and Content

You may not list, sell, promote, distribute, or facilitate access to:

Billixi may remove listings, suspend accounts, or terminate access at its sole discretion.

• Pirated, cracked, stolen, or unauthorized software, media, or license keys.
• Child sexual abuse material.
• Terrorist, extremist, or violent propaganda.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or prescription medications.
• Weapons, explosives, or regulated military items.
• Stolen personal information, credential dumps, or unlawfully obtained data.
• Malware, phishing kits, exploit kits, RATs, spyware, or unauthorized access tools.
• Copyright- or trademark-infringing content.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading products.
• Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or deceptive investment programs.
• Spam tools or services intended to evade platform safeguards.
• Any content whose primary purpose is fraud, abuse, harassment, illegal activity, or harm.

3 Seller Obligations

By listing a product, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to sell, license, or distribute the product; that the listing accurately describes what buyers will receive; that the product does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights; and that affiliate commissions, pricing, and refund terms are accurately disclosed.

Sellers are responsible for product delivery, customer support, taxes, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property compliance.

4 Buyer Terms and Refunds

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law, where a product was materially misrepresented, or where delivery was technically impossible.

Billixi may facilitate communication between parties but is not obligated to investigate, adjudicate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide refund rights, those rights are not limited by these Terms.

Account credits, promotional balances, and gift codes are non-withdrawable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5 Reporting and Moderation

Users may report listings, products, or accounts through available reporting mechanisms.

Billixi may hide listings, remove products, suspend accounts, restrict platform functionality, withhold pending earnings during investigations, or permanently terminate accounts.

Repeat or severe violations may result in immediate action without prior notice.

Moderation decisions regarding platform access are final.

6 Affiliates and Promoters

Promoters may earn commissions on qualifying purchases as defined by sellers and platform rules.

Promoters must not use deceptive advertising, publish fake reviews, generate fraudulent traffic, or misrepresent products or sellers.

Billixi may revoke commissions generated through violations of these Terms.

7 Payments, Crypto Transactions and Withdrawals

Billixi provides payment and settlement infrastructure for marketplace transactions.

Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

Users are solely responsible for verifying wallet addresses, blockchain networks, transaction amounts, and destination details.

Billixi is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported blockchain networks, user error, blockchain congestion, smart contract failures outside our control, third-party wallet failures, or exchange service disruptions.

Withdrawable earnings may be subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds, security reviews, fraud prevention checks, treasury reconciliation, compliance reviews, and email confirmation procedures.

Billixi may delay, restrict, or reject withdrawals where there is a reasonable belief of fraud, abuse, security incidents, regulatory concerns, accounting discrepancies, or violations of these Terms.

Platform balances, credits, commissions, and earnings displayed within Billixi are bookkeeping records maintained by the platform and do not constitute bank accounts, deposits, custodial accounts, investment products, or financial services.

8 Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints

Billixi respects intellectual property rights.

If you believe content infringes your copyright or trademark, submit a report through platform reporting tools or open a support ticket.

We may remove, disable, or restrict access to content while claims are reviewed.

Submitting knowingly false or malicious reports may result in account action.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billixi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, continuous availability, or buyer or seller performance.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billixi and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the fees paid by you to Billixi during the previous twelve months or USD $50.

The limitations in this section apply regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

Billixi may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms, fraud, security risks, abuse, regulatory concerns, or risks to other users or the platform.

Users may request account closure through support.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective after account closure.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.

Continued use of Billixi after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes may be communicated through email or platform notifications.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Billixi is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the operator's principal place of business, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14 Marketplace Independence

Billixi is not responsible for the quality, legality, safety, performance, accuracy, delivery, or fitness of third-party products, services, memberships, files, or license keys.

Users assume all risks associated with transactions conducted through the platform.

Except where required by law, disputes regarding delivery, product quality, service performance, intellectual property ownership, warranties, or business arrangements remain solely between the parties involved.

This document is provided for platform transparency and operational purposes only.

Nothing contained in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

Users are responsible for obtaining independent legal, tax, regulatory, or financial advice where necessary.
