Direct answer
On an eligible Billixi product page, a signed-in visitor can ask a product-fit question. The answer is limited to the available product passport, seller information, and allowed evidence; it can cite the supporting section or state that a detail is not established, and it should never fill a gap with an invented product fact.
Product Q&A helps a shopper test a specific need against the information available for one product. On eligible product pages, a signed-in visitor can describe their context and ask a question. The answer stays within allowed product evidence; it is not a general-purpose chatbot and does not browse for facts that the seller never established.
Ask a decision-focused question
The most useful question combines your situation with one product decision.
Weak question:
Is this good?
Stronger question:
I manage three freelance client projects at once. Does this planner include a way to track tasks by project?
The stronger version identifies the user, workload, and exact capability that matters. It gives the fit check a clear target without revealing private information.
Other useful patterns include:
- “Does the listing state which app opens the files?”
- “Which materials are included for a beginner?”
- “Does this existing membership description establish how long access lasts?” (Membership listings are retained only for historical customer support; new offers are unavailable.)
- “Does the license cover the use I described, or is that not stated?”
Avoid combining unrelated questions. One focused decision is easier to support with clear evidence.
Understand the evidence behind an answer
Depending on the eligible product and available information, an answer may be grounded in the product passport, seller description, or selected product evidence. The interface can label supporting sections and, where applicable, page or time ranges.
A citation means that the answer points to supplied product evidence. It is not an independent certification that the seller’s claim is legally or technically correct. Always compare the answer with the visible listing and terms.
“Not established” is a useful answer
If Billixi does not have evidence for a requested detail, the correct result is to say that the detail is not established. For example, the illustrative planner preview deliberately does not name a supported app. The response should direct the reader to verify the product listing, not guess a popular planning tool.
When information is missing:
- Read the full product description and requirements again.
- Rephrase only if your first question was ambiguous.
- Do not ask the system to speculate or ignore the available evidence.
- Use an available seller or support channel when the detail is essential.
- Delay checkout if the unanswered question changes whether you can use the product.
Availability, sign-in, and question limits
The fit check appears only when the product and current configuration are eligible. A visitor must be signed in to submit a question. The current interface enforces a shared allowance of up to seven questions across products in a window that resets 24 hours after the first question; the displayed remaining count and reset time are the source of truth for the active account.
The feature can also return a refusal for a question unrelated to the product, detect that the product evidence changed while an answer was prepared, or report temporary unavailability. In those cases, product details and checkout remain separate and can continue to work normally.
Protect private information
Describe the need without including names, customer records, credentials, private project documents, payment information, or secrets. The question is about whether the public product fits a workflow—not a place to submit confidential source material.
The answer should not reveal internal review notes, raw model prompts, private seller files, operational risk signals, or evidence outside the allowed product context.
A quick interpretation checklist
Before acting on an answer, ask:
- Does it directly address my decision?
- Does it distinguish supported information from missing information?
- Are the cited sections relevant to the claim?
- Does the visible product page state the same requirement or deliverable?
- Do I still need to verify license, format, duration, compatibility, or delivery?
Use the AI product summary guide for a fast first pass, then ask only the question the summary and full listing did not resolve.
Frequently asked questions
Can I ask a question before buying?
The fit check is presented on eligible public product pages for signed-in visitors; it is not described as a purchased-only tool. Actual availability depends on the current product and configuration.
Why did I receive no product answer?
The requested detail may be absent, the question may be unrelated, the evidence may have changed, the account allowance may be exhausted, or the feature may be temporarily unavailable. Follow the status shown in the interface.
Are citations independent reviews?
No. They identify the product evidence used for the response. They do not transform a seller statement into a certification or guarantee.
Can an answer override the seller’s terms?
No. The product listing, applicable license or access terms, checkout context, and published Billixi policies remain authoritative.
